Mom was not happy!" Her mother wasn't happy what so ever. After that incident, Christine, Niomi's mother, wouldn't let her have candy very often. When Niomi got around candy, she went crazy with it. Luckily, over the years, she learned to save the candy, and not eat it all at once. "No, I haven't bought mine yet," Niomi said. She was a little worried at how much this would cost. With the money her family has, it shouldn't be that bad of a payment. Her face lit up, with a big smile, "Yes, to the Three Broomsticks! A Butterbeer sounds so good right now!" She could taste it already. Butterbeer was her favorite drink, in the wizarding word that was. Now, Niomi was ready to pay and go get a drink! Yeah, that was the one bad thing about sweets: they made you sick. Astrea could attest to that, too, just not with candy. It was CAKE that had been the culprit for her!
"Yeah....that's really bad. I did it once with cake...but it was my birthday and so I tried to eat as MUCH as I could...my grandpap wasn't mad, though, so that was nice. Does your mom not let you have sweets now?" she asked curiously. She would have to ask her own mother if she ever liked to eat sweets the next time her mom came to visit.
Astrea smiled. "Well go pay and we can go!" she said with a chuckle. "You're nice. What house are you in again?" she asked. "And are we friends now?"
