Turning she looked through the shelves until she came across some peppermint. This was always great for Christmas time. She could make some candies and cookies, plus their hot chocolate had an added feel when mixed with the peppermint. Placing some extra in her basket Cassie decided you could never have enough. Leo loved all the candy from honeydukes. Ever since he had visited Hogsmeade during his time at Hogwarts as a student he had thought that the candy the shop sold was special and delicious. So when Cassie suggested that he'd meet her and Jackson there Leo hadn't objected. However if candy was good for a one year old baby was another story.
Entering the shop, bundled up against the cold winter weather outside Leo scanned the shoppers for a sight of Cassie's fair hair. Not seeing her right away he made his down the aisles and soon spotted her over by the peppermints and smiled broadly and excitedly at the sight of Jackson braving to walk all by himself. "Hi Cassie! Come to daddy Jackson!" he called out as he walked closer and kneeled to gather his son up in a hug when he cautionsly made his way over. Giving his son a kiss on the cheek, he straightened up to pull Cassie into a hug too. Giving her kiss on the lips Leo said smiling warmly "This was a lovely surprise. I didn't know Jackson could walk without help already?"
