Lux hoped that she wasn't running late though she had ended up taking a little longer to get ready than she had originally anticipated; her hair just didn't want to cooperate today for some reason. In the end she had thrown on a pretty hat and figured that it would more than do the trick. Never hurt when the weather was getting colder due to fall. Soon enough winter would be upon them and she would be a human Popsicle. What could you do? At least she was wearing a pretty jacket and light scarf.
Entering Honeydukes, she glanced around for Hady and spotted her almost immediately. "Hey! I hope I didn't keep you waiting," she said as she pulled the younger girl in for a hug.
The sixth year hadn't strayed all to far from the doorway of the candy shop in hopes of spotting Lux the moment she walked in. Only that wasn't so. The red head had spotted
her first. And before Hady even knew what was happening she was being pulled into a hug.
"Nope, I only just got here," she answered all the while hugging her friend in return. A few months between visits was much to long during the school year but at least it was almost the holidays and she would get to see everyone again.
"How are you? How's Uni?" Yes. Sorry. She wanted to know everything even if she already knew everything from all their owls being sent back and forth. If Lux was kept talking that meant she'd be focused on what was being said therefore there would be no time to think and then she wouldn't end up upset. All the more reasons for visits with her wonderful siblings.
