Nat would have probably killed him if he wasn't. Plus, he did really want to come too. To see them perform, see how the band was doing. And it had apparently been his idea. So naturally he was here. And naturally he'd asked Maddie to come along. It would only be half the fun without her. He was expecting Zay to be here soon too, so it was going to be fun either way. No matter if the band was good or bad, that is.

Although, he knew for a fact that Nat was good so he had high expectations.

Having seen the decorations before Alex didn't really waste any time taking those in. Instead his eyes landed on the food and drinks before returning to Maddie when she spoke up. "Mhm, yes. Do you want to get drinks first?" Especially seeing as the band wasn't starting for another fifteen minutes apparently. He sent a quick grin and a wave Nat's way.
