"Hello, Professor," she greeted softly shifting her eyes from the older man to her own ingredients triple checking them even though she was beyond sure she had everything she needed already laid out. "Thank you, Sir, it's nice to be back in here again." Lies. It was horrible being in here without Frankie. The whole lab screamed the blonde lions name at her from the countless times they had spend hours on end in here brewing all types of potions. Let her just get through this in one piece...that's all she asked.

"How are your animagi studies coming along?" he asked, her, always interested in their progress, of course.

SPOILER!!: Chloe

The third year said stale, "Yes, sir."

And then she snapped her attention to Kyroh. She glanced at his hair, "It's kind of ratty." Clue: cut it.

Art nodded and went back to his work. It was great to see students in here brewing potions. "I'm here if you need any help," he said, although he had perfect faith in the abilities of his students without any of his assistance.

SPOILER!!: Haddie

Most of what the man said went over her head...except unicorn horn. "Unicorns are real!!??? Like really real? Can I see the horn?" She was reaching for the vials again, just out of reach. Haddie was about to get up and go around to put her grabby hands all over them when Art answered her first question. "Oh...what happens if they aren't at that temperature? And why do you use tortoise shells? You don't hurt the tortoise when you take their shell do you? What about the unicorn? Do unicorns give you their horns?" Maybe to look like horses so people don't know they're unicorns! "Have you ever seen The Last Unicorn? I like that movie. Dad shows us a lot of really really old movies like that. Born Free is my favorite because there's a lion in it."

She was still bored, by the way.

"N-no, it-it's not okay Miss Denaker, I sh-shouldn't yell." He was appalled that she thought that was okay, the poor child. Curiosity was never something he wanted to punish people over. And he had done just that. And felt terrible. But... that was in the past now.

He chuckled. "They are indeed," he said. He was sure she had seen unicorns, before she went back in time. Err... well... he looked through his collection and pulled out one of his more...imperfect looking unicorn horns and passed it to her to look at.

His eyebrows went a little bit higher with every question. He was trying to answer, but as soon as he opened his mouth, there was another question. Great SCOTT this one was curious. Though he couldn't blame her, of course, he would be curious if he was at Hogwarts before he knew about being a Wizard. "Err well they might spoil quicker. But we can-can use err... potion fridges which keep the t-temperature nice and mild." That was question one. He didn't need a potion fridge here, obviously. It was the perfect temperature all year round. Perhaps a little chillier in the winter, but nothing his old bones couldn't handle. Did they harm the tortoises? He shook his head. "No, th-they're already dead," he said nonchalantly, as he continued with his brewing. "Th-the unicorn horn comes from a full grown unicorn, and just enough that the unicorn is able to re-grow it." The unicorns aren't harmed. Nope. Art would have researched alternatives if that were the case. He stopped his brewing to look at her. "I have! I used to watch it with my children," he smiled warmly at the memories.

SPOILER!!: Daxton

It had occurred to him that he would probably need to prepare everything again, start over entirely, but he had brought everything along anyway. Again, he lacked outer school robes, shoes, and socks, and that was exactly how he liked it. Really, it would be more odd to see him dressed otherwise.

Satisfied with the empty room, Daxton started to set himself up at a workstation, making sure he back was not to the door. It was so much more peaceful to be in a room and not surrounded by other students, and so he was visibly quite calm. Daxton took a moment to appreciate the quiet, before pulling off his school tie and shoving it in his bag, rolling up his sleeves and getting to work with manually cleaning his cauldron and other potions equipment.

Art was under the table, picking up the items he had just dropped. There were mostly bits of leaves and flower buds, a few thistles, and of course the container they had been in. He hadn't even heard anyone enter the lab, so when he stood up and looked up, he let out a little yelp.

And then a chuckle..

"I didn't see you there Mr Prince," he said. "What are you... oh the aging potion. Wonderful! I'm glad y-you're back." He was. He was genuinely happy to see the young man there, eagerly wanting to brew the potion. Well, maybe not eagerly, but Art assumed as much anyway. He still hadn't noticed the young man's absence of shoes, or he would have asked him to put them on before entering. For safety reasons. He did notice the lack of tie and outer robes, but Art didn't care about that. They only got in the way of potion making.
