Chloe enjoyed the silence that the library brought.
The castle seemed to vibrate from Gryffindor house's sheer existence and sometimes it was nice to get away from all of that bustle. The Common Room was preferred as well but with Halloween just around the corner couples were slobbering all over each other because of certain Halloween traditions. Costumes brought out the PDA in older students.
And so the blonde third year was absolutely hiding in the library. It was cozy, quiet and, typically, people left her alone when she was here. Save the one or two times people thought sitting in the library and studying was an open invitation to talk to her.
Newsflash: it wasn't.
Curled up with her book, she read through her Herbology homework.
