Harriet was really bored of stirring. Her arm really really ached too. She needed to know that charm really badly. Well she actually needed to switch arms too, otherwise she was going to have one really strong arm, and then one that wasn't so strong. That would not be a good look at all. So she needed to switch arms, and then learn the spell. After she'd finished the potion anyway.
So. She figured that it had been about 8 minutes. She hadn't really been paying too much attention. Opps. But the potion looked like a good color. Now it was time to take it off the heat. Hattie carefully removed her cauldron from the heat, and then used her wand to put the flame out. Now there was no chance that she was going to burn herself. That was always a bonus
Turning back to her notes, she looked what was next. "Add Caterpiller and bat tongue...." She murmured, as she carefully picked the two ingredients up, and then placed them into her cauldron. Oh merlins knickers. More stirring! At least it was only for 5 minutes this time. She was sure she could do that. Smiling, a little, she picked her stirrer up and then began to keep stirring, still in the clockwise direction.
5 minutes. 5 more minutes of stirring. She could do this. Come on Paton. Nearly there. Maybe she should have switched her stirring arm though Opps. Oh well. She'd think about that next time.
