Stir. Stir. Stir.
Okay. She was bored now. She did not like stirring at all. She got why she needed to do it. It was important. But it was also very boring. Her arm was also hurting. It just made it all the more obvious that she really needed to learn how to do that charm. She was determined to learn that charm. After she worked out what the charm was anyway. So that was that. But still back to the stirring. 10 minutes felt like a long time. She looked up, looking at her class mates. Oh Skylar was dicing something. Hadn't she thought to do it at the start? Oh. That's what Hattie had done. She had figured it was easier to dice, mash and get all the ingredients properly prepared at the start, before she began. She'd decided it would make things simpler when she was brewing the potion. Harriet decided to tell Sky about that for next time.
Okay. It had to have been 10 minutes now. She looked up at the clock, frowning a little. She couldn't remember what time she had started. Oh well. Must be 10 minutes now.
She stopped stirring and looked at her notes. "Okay...so it's kinda of a light brown color. Kinda...." She mused, tilting her head to the side. "Next step... Add tortoise shell.... and another 8 minutes stirring! So much stirring" The girl sighed, shaking her head as she placed the shell into the potion.
"Oh pretty color!" She mused as her potion went a kind of creamy color. It still looked a little brown, but was certainly going cream. "Now back to stirring" The girl sighed, as she picked up her stirrer and began to stir.
