Professor Myers voice caught the brunettes attention when she heard her name. Points for helping Rebecca. Alright. With a small smile she nodded her head. It wasn't about the points so much as it was tough being younger and just learning, she easily remembered all the times the older students had assisted her with charms. Oh, and her answer had been correct too! Awesome.
It seemed a few others had gotten it right as well but only one of them earned a grin from her. Jaemin a second year from her house, smart kid he was.
Watching Myers walk around and easily get a bucket of the epsom salt had her walking about too. It didn't take long to find it herself. Scooping up a handful of the stuff Hady tossed it about on the soil were she was doing her best to make sure it was done evenly.
Then came another riddle and this had her laughing. Snip, snip snip. That was a clue? Clearly he was speaking of the severing charm but how exactly were they supposed to get up there to reach the dead leaves? Hadleigh tilted her head to look at the roses and leaves high above her head. A levitating charm perhaps?
Oooh. The other answer had been salt. Oh. Okay. She'd been wrong. But that was okay. She was only little. She could learn. She also couldn't really do that spell. She hadn't learnt it yet. So really how was she supposed to do this bit? But it was okay. She'd kind of missed it when thinking of the answer. So that was okay.
Oh. New riddle. Yay. Hmm. She looked over at the roses, tilting her head to the side as she looked at it. Trying to work out the riddle. "oh. Oh. We have to cut the dead leaves off! Otherwise it will just die" And that would be no good at all. Well. Now they must cut the leaves off. She looked around, trying to see if an older student knew what to do. Because Hattie wasn't really sure to be honest.
She looked over at one particular one. And wondered over. "Levitating would get us up there right?" She murmured, looking up at Hadleigh. "Do you think you could levitate me up? And then I could like.... get them off. Some how anyway?"
