If the kitchens had been up several flights of stairs in one of the towers or something he might not have been as eager to make a trip. But seeing as he only had to come up from the dungeons, it was perfect.
Olly did the necessary pear tickling and slipped into the kitchen. Ah, what was that smell? Probably several things, seeing as it was the kitchen and the house elves were probably preparing for dinner. It all smelled so good. Olly wanted all of it. Except...that wasn't reasonable. What did he want?
Alice skipped into the kitchen, excited to see the House Elves that would be in there. She might have made some friends last term. They gave her chocolates in exchange for a random sock or glove here and there and after a while it became more than just about the chocolate. She enjoyed seeing them and talking with them.
They all deserved hugs and to be told someone cared about them. So this was her mission, to go and send some love their way. Once there she stared to speak to one of them before realizing there was another student down there. He must have been there before her, she hadn't heard anyone come in after her. "
Hi! I'm Alice." She couldn't remember if she met the boy or not.. he did look familiar though, but maybe she just saw him around?
