"I try to be Sir. My father always says there's nothing wrong with knowing many different things even if it's only a little bit." Which is why she read...all the time. It's why she practiced too. Her love of learning and being good at things was constantly growing. "I've been playing the drums about two years now maybe a bit longer and the guitar I've been playing on and off since I was about six." Her heart hadn't been into it as much back then however and she had given up for some time.

"Charms are wonderful when you simply want to listen." Hady agreed with this as she did this all the time charming music to play. "I like to play myself though as it helps clear my mind." Not to mention it was an awesome outlet for bottled up feelings.
Hearing that students came here often was nice. He liked that they were able to have this creative outlet. He had noticed as the term went on that many students here had held other talents that the school just didn't provide, so having random rooms such as this one and Ansley's art room were wonderful ideas in his mind. He nodded to show he was listening even though he had no further comment about it.

Her next sentence though got a very approving look. Why couldn't all parents be like this one. Teach their children about many things in life as well as how to respect adults. Calling him Sir and talking about how her father liked her being well educated in many forms. "Your father sounds like a very smart man. I to had a father like that it has helped me go a long way in life. I'm afraid the musical end of things I was like many boys not wanting to sit at a piano so I did not learn as I should have." Even the teaching he had was lost after so many years.

"Do you always play alone or do you come in to play with friends?" The drums being an interesting instrument to play he wondered if they were something she played with a friend. He figured it didn't matter either way, but he had just been curious. "Charms can do many thing. They make life easier and they can entertain." His passion was showing students how correct that statement was.

" I signed up for the Charms Competition... Should be great fun.... but if for instance a student needed help preparing.... Could they get a little extra help from you, Sir? "

Looking at the younger student he nodded at her greeting, "Hello Miranda, it's a pleasure to meet you. I hope you are ready for the term and all the things that will be happening. I've heard we have many new activities starting up." Well Dueling wasn't really new, but the Charms challenge and the potions lab were two exciting things.

"I'm very glad to hear that. Have you been reading up on charms?" He knew she couldn't learn spells at home, ,but reading wasn't against the rules. Always being prepared could get you far. "My door is always available for students willing and wanting to better themselves in my class or any other. So if you are needing help you are more then welcome to come ask." That was something all his students could have.

"How are you liking school so far?" Always fun to see what the new students thought.
