Art was most excited to be back at Hogwarts. And up from the dungeons he walked, right through the doors into the Great Hall.
He was looking up at the ceiling, with Madame Curie cupped in his hands, against his chest, when he sensed her panic. He stopped and ducked his head down to her.
"What is it?" he asked her, then looked up.
A CAT. In the Headmaster's spot! He was puzzled. He scratched the top of his head and put Madame Curie safely into the pocket of his old man cardigan. She'd be safe in there, although he wasn't worried. Just confused... why was a CAT in the headmaster's spot? Looking around, he saw two of his colleagues. Well, he assumed the younger woman was a new colleague. He walked up and smiled.
"Professor Julien Primeaux!" he announced happily. "Jolly good to see you again." And he looked over to the younger woman. "Err y-you must be... Professor of... of..." he scratched his head. "AH! Muggle Studies, of course!" He held his wrinkled hand out for her. "I am Arthur. Newton. Er... Arthur Newton, but uh... p-people call me Art." He grinned and looked around.
