Thinking this a good thing, his quill and notepad perked up, ready to scribble everything it heard and Blaise didn't have the motivation to tell it not to.

Just...whatever.

"Being alone to wallow is the optimal solution here, yeah. It'd make feeling sorry for myself that much easier and less restricted." Couldn't very well mope when Mr. Prefect was sitting right there. He had his pride and...and his reputation to maintain and even HE could tell he was in pretty pathetic shape right now.

"Aren't you expecting company? Don't you have friends to sit with for the ride?" Because...well....he wasn't gonna wrestle him out of the compartment....but he couldn't stay the WHOLE ride either. Nope nope nope.
