Merlin did it feel good to be back at work. Two weeks was a really long time in case Legend didn't realize and she was sure she'd already missed out on a lot. Like Aron. Just because she wasn't technically his babysitter anymore, didn't mean he didn't need checking on and she could BET no one else had thought to pop their head in to make sure the man was still alive. WHAT IF HE HAD DROPPED DEAD IN HER ABSENCE???

Legend would have a lot of explaining to do AND he'd have to give her a whole bunch of cases to make her feel better...because what a loss, y'know?

Lex had only just dumped her things back on her desk before making a beeline for the Department Head's office. First thing in the morning. Yup. It'd been two weeks. He was BOUND to miss her. Ahem. Knock. Knock. Knock......
