As mentioned in the previous post, I can only give a maximum of 20 points per lesson (including any extra credit). I have a specific way of distributing these points and in hopes of being transparent I’m going to try my best to explain how I do things. - You get points for showing up. It doesn’t matter if you’ve only posted an arrival or if you skipped the arrival and jumped into the activity straight away. It doesn’t even matter if you only posted one time. You took time out of your day to join and you’ll be acknowledged for it.
- Each question or task that is asked of you is worth a small number of points. If I ask one question and you answer that one question in a post, you will get a point. Sometimes the weight of the task or question is a bit heftier than others and I will be sure to point this out to you when it happens. I will tell you exactly how much it is worth so there isn’t any gray area and if I forget then you are more than welcome (and very much encouraged) to come ask me about it!
- It’s okay if you can’t answer every question or join in every task. It would be unfair of me to expect that. For that reason, I will always allow you the opportunity to earn extra points to make up for anything you missed out on. How to get these extra points? By having fun. Be silly, be creative, show me detail, have a good time and let your character have a good time.
- I will repeat myself here because this is important: Your post count is not the most important factor. You will be rewarded for having fun and participating even if you miss a few things.
- And please remember that at the end of the day, it’s about having a good time. Points are given to add to the experience, but our focus should be on having a good time and enjoying the RP at face value.
If there is anything else you would like me to clear up please feel free to PM me about it so that I can help because if you have a concern I’m sure that someone else has the same one. There are no stupid questions and I want to hear from YOU <3
I can also give you a more detailed rundown of how I distribute points for any specific lesson, just stop by and ask! I'll be more than happy to clear up any questions/concerns.
