As the Games and Sports department head, Mariel felt it was her duty to make sure this entire event was running smoothly. And she would have plenty of time for fun later as she was very much planning on watching the game when it began, but for now she was checking on all the booths and people in employ.
After checking on her own employees that were here and helping out, she headed over to the healer tent. As a former player herself, she knew how important it was to have skilled healers on hand. Of course she would hope for no injuries, but it was best to be prepared, especially with children involved.
Circe, why were so many people in here? She knew she had asked Raiden to help out being that he was an actual healer and she did not always have the strongest faith in the Ministry for reasons. Many, many reasons. But did they need one adult per child playing today? Perhaps they'd have the good sense to work in shifts so some of them could enjoy part of the game. There certainly were enough of them here to do that.
"Everyone settling in alright? Finding everything you need?" It was her duty to make sure everything went off without a hitch today and that included this area even if the majority of them fell under a different department. All the supplies necessary for today best be here too. Her eyes soon found Raiden acquainting himself with the others, she'd suppose, and she made her way over to him. "Raiden.. I'm glad you could make it. Thanks for helping us out today."
