SPOILER!!: Raiden
Ahhhh. They were from Accidents & Catastrophes. That made a lot of sense, given the situation. Raiden gave Zhenya a light smile, moving from the doorway as another person made his arrival as well. This one put him a bit more at ease, because after living overseas for over a decade... the familiar features offered to put him a bit at ease. At least he wasn't going to be the only tall Asian man here.
The question about his being a healer drew a nod. "Mariel asked me on, I'm guessing just as a bit of a safety net." Accidents & Catastrophes would be the best help for this type of event, no doubt, but it was unlikely that everyone in that department was a full-fledged healer. Capable, yes, but he was likely here just in case of extreme emergencies.
Where were his manners? Eyes going back to Zhenya, he offered a hand. "Raiden Kururugi."
And then, to the room at large... "Pleasure to meet you all. I'm looking forward to working with everyone for this event."
Hopefully not too much though. Nobody was a fan of injured kids, after all.
"Yes, let's hope we're not overwhelmed with injured players or spectators.." he peeked at the tent's entrance again. Could they at least have one? Norway vs Ireland was bound to provide them with injuries. And since they were playing the waiting game, it was OK to talk a little Quidditch right?
"Who do you think will win?" he said, addressing the whole room.
The Irishman in him was dancing with the Leprechauns he had seen earlier before reporting in for duty. An amused expression crossed his face when he remembered his niece's dance around the Irish Mascot.
"I reckon the Norwegians don't stand a chance against us lads! I mean, Norway's victory is as rare like hen's teeth.." Gallowglass chuckled and walked to one of the various beds available for the future-injured and leaned him bum against one of them, crossing his arms as he got himself comfortable. It was going to be one lengthy day.
