She'd glimpsed the lake from the Ravenclaw tower, and definitely wanted to see it in the daylight. Which reminded her of her journey across it before the feast. "Dere's a squid in the lake, right? S'it friendly?" She trusted Dora, unlike like that girl she'd shared a boat with who said it ate children.

Sam nodded and grinned. "I'd like dat. Fanks." It'd take a lot to beat the tree house though. As for the cats, Sam chuckled. "Don't ask me. Comm'n room is o'er run wiff them though. Makes Ollie all jumpy. No idea why, he's friends wiff the strays at 'ome." Ollie - Oliver - being her rat, of course. She'd have to introduce them soon.

"We bet'r," confirmed Sam, as she hugged her friend closer. "We can 'ang out wiff 'ot choc'lit before bed." Amongst other things.
