It was settled then! They were going to be good friends, which worked out because Esme was already friends with his owner. Wanting to work with animals was definitely understandable because a lot of them were absolutely lovely. "I like animals too! Well, most of them." Esme definitely wasn't a fan of insects and rodents. She was on the fence about reptiles. As Hady spoke, she watched Hagan's face. "Can you ever read your cat?" She was curious because she had never exactly had the gift. Hers was more in musicality. "I love Divination, but I'm not sure if I want to be a Professor," she admitted. Maybe that was something else she could discuss with Professor Cassie.

Oh. A python. She...wasn't sure how she felt about that. "He wouldn't squeeze me, would he?" They were that kind, right? Or were they the biters? Esme couldn't remember.
