Because deal's meant the exchange of goods or services. In this case, it meant the exchange of jungle warfare training for..................? What exactly? He hadn't said. And there was NO way in stinking swamps she was going to say 'yes' without knowing what the unspoken part of that 'deal' was.

Her heels dug into the door as well, a frown fitting into place. "I'm perfectly capable of keeping myself upright, thank you." Door or no door.
