So even though Rachel ducked, her Shield was down, right? Because shields couldn't duck? Well, Katherine didn't know and she made a mental note to ask Professor Hirsch later. For now, though, she knew she had to attack. She had been prepared for Rachel's counter spell, so she dived, while yelling "SLUGULUS ERUCTO!" This duel had been going on far too longer than she'd have liked.
