Maggie was somewhat disappointed that her spells hadn't hit. Although she should've expected it really. Dante wouldn't be that easy to defeat. She expected him to put up a fight. A proper fight. Otherwise she'd have to reconsider them being friends. No. Not really. But she WAS quite proud of him for dodging the spells she'd sent his way.
Well done, Dante.
Speaking of dodging though....Maggie quickly ducked out of the way of her own spell coming back to her. No way was she going to make it that easy for him. The thing was though, THREE spells heading her way was a bit too much. Even if she was totally intent on keeping her focus and not getting distracted this time. But three, well, that was too many at once.
Which was why she couldn't quite avoid the first one Dante had sent her way.
UGH!
What was up with people wanting to see her sneeze?! Sniffing (which, yes, was quite unladylike in this context) Maggie tried to not get too put off by her runny nose. Putting her head back a little she quickly cast "Protego!" around herself so at least she wouldn't be hit by the second spell.

"Expulso!" Her anger was more easily used as a catalyst for spells like this one. Not one where she had to actually focus and aim properly. She did direct the spell at the floor IN FRONT OF Dante obviously. Not AT him. Maggie had no intentions of blowing up her best friend there. Despite the fact that he'd tried to make her throw up slugs.
