So she had both lost a duel and won a duel in the Dueling Club’s tournament for the year, her win even over an older opponent. Making her way to the dueling platform, her required protection secure and her wand within reach, Olivia paid attention to the girl across from her. “Good luck…” she offered her opponent before taking her spot and bowing in polite respect. Her wand was in her grasp once she had straightened up to her full short height. And then after a few moments of thinking on how to begin, the Ravenclaw first year took aim with a Stinging Hex directed at Mason.
