For a minute or two, as Tanner explained the activity to them, Tia wondered if perhaps Tanner had switched to teaching Defense. Only she said no magic allowed, but then followed that with a three minute head start to hide. Did that mean she could use magic during those three minutes? Because as Tanner just demonstrated, the disillusionment charm was perfect for vanishing and hiding and would take no longer than a minute to cast ... leaving her two minutes to find a decent hiding spot for ten minutes.
Deciding to go for it, but also deciding to cast it non-verbally on herself, the head girl quickly vanished from view and then stashed her wand away to not be tempted to use it for the remainder of the activity. She then slowly - as to not fall or make a sound - made her way from her platform towards a hiding spot underneath the platform. Even though Tanner had said mud pits would slow her down, Tia actually considered for a brief second diving into one of them as she'd be well hidden there too . . .
