She patted the dirt around the cabbage that Ariadne had placed for her, she then gladly took the watering can from her fellow Slytherin and watered the cabbage with a triumphant smile on her lips
"I guess this is it! We did it! This land will be so happeh!" she chanted with excitement, doing a little dance despite all the heat, sweat and dirt. Guess all that was left was for them to put the tools away?
Ariadne wiped her bangs out of her eyes. Merlin, it was getting hot out here. No...correction. It HAD BEEN hot out here, but it was even hotter now. She wanted to be back in her school uniform and out of this jumpsuit...whatever it was.
She laughed at how Elsa said she just fell down on her bed the second she got to her dorm. THEIR dorm.
"Yeah, me, too. I don't really hang out there. I just sleep there," she said. So that made more sense and explained why they were both first years, both in the same house, and both in the same dorm, yet never met.
"Okay, well, we know each other now!"
...and with that, they had finished!
"Thanks for being my partner!" she said. It had been a lot more fun with somebody to talk to while working. She looked back up at the professors. They'd probably be wrapping things up soon.
