His old boss from work said that Hogwarts would make my magical education diversified. I spent my day schooling there since I turned seven though.” He said, nodding enthusiastically. “So far…I don’t regret saying yes to my papa.”
Jace’s face turned red, as he looked up from his glass of butterbeer to the older girl. “What’s your name?” It was apparent that this boy was rather interested in the fact that she lived in Osaka, going off of his body language. Paulina figured that he either had family that lived there or had visited the city himself at some point or another.
Clearly it was the latter going off of what he said next.
"I love seeing the blossoms too. How come you don't go there anymore?" That was a real shame since it was a lovely city. Paulina didn't think she wanted to live anywhere else though it was hard to tell for sure given that she wanted to travel the world discovering plants. She could write a detailed book about them in the same way that Phyllida Spore had. It was her dream and she couldn't wait for it to come true. Her attention was turned back to their conversation, however, as he mentioned that his father had wanted him to attend Hogwarts. "You're enjoying Hogwarts then?" That was good to hear since it was a lovely school. The choice to transfer over there was one she did not regret despite the fact that it took her away from her best friend for a time. Now they spent time together whenever they could.
Oh. She had forgotten to introduce herself. Silly her. "I'm Paulina. What's your name?" |
