He collared a few sheets between fingers and felt her quill hit him on the shoulder and then clatter to the floor. "Yikes." Roo considered in depth whether he could be the awful human being and blame her for this situation (and the mess everywhere) or take full responsibility for having books in the air and almost killing people. Ah.

Sticking out a hand to help her up, he frowned. "Sorry. You okay?" Was she broken? Dead?

She WAS making zombie noises.
