As soon as she had gotten her bearing back after the slightly rough landing, Esme dusted off her uniform and touched up her hair. One had to have nice looking hair even while terraforming. Great. She was turning into her sister.
Laughing to herself at the thought, she looked around her surroundings. First things first: Soil Analysis. Seemed easy enough to her and she understood the importance of it - all of the tasks that they were going to perform were essential and it made her really happy to know that she was getting the opportunity to be a part of it. The thought of doing good in the world made Esme really happy. The planet NEEDED this.
The instructions seemed simple enough, and after grabbing everything that she needed, Esme headed out of the tent and towards the small group of people who were already working on collecting samples. Smiling at the people around her, she set about getting to work. Seemed that any location was good as any other, so she stuck her trowel in a random location and added the dirt that she had collected into the beaker. |
