"Thank you," said Kitty, taking the cage with the toad from Art's hands and looking inside at the rather cute toad. "Does he have a name?" She carried both cages back to the front row of chairs, placed them on a desk and quickly putt on her white lab coat before sitting down. Nearby she saw that the Gryffindor boy whose name she still didn't know didn't have a pet either. "I didn't have a pet either," she told him, showing him her toad. "But Art gave me this toad."
When the professor asked the first question; she was surprised by the suggestion that many of the students were giving that they were going to turn into animals. Transfiguration was not something she had ever done before and she was worried about what might go wrong, especially after last lesson. She stared at her toad and wondered what it would be like be trapped as a toad forever.
But then Ariadne's guesses helped calm her down a bit. "I think it's the animal calming drought too Professor Art. That's a very useful potion to know how to make. Imagine you were walking down a street and a wild dog attacked you?" |
