Potions class, he still wasn't sure if he approved of Professor Newton, but he was confident in his own skill that his O.W.L's wouldn't be compromised. Nope. Super confident. Especially with all the brewing he did between everything else in his life. How he found time was beyond him... he wished he had a timeturner to make even BETTER use of his time.
"Morning, Professor," Zeke greeted as he entered the dungeon classroom, holding his owl cage in front of him. Icarus was not the happiest of black barn owls... preferring to be free and scouting for mice - this was evidenced by the bird's rabid attempts at breaking through its cage bars with its beak, wings flapping resulting in unkempt feathers. The squawking too would have been unbearable, had Zeke not thought to silence it on the way from the owlery.
Claiming a not-his-usual-seat somewhere in the centre of the room this time, Zeke began unpacking his things so he would be ready when they started. His peers, for those he bothered to acknowledge, received smiles and nods in greeting.
