"I went ahead and reached out to some of my contacts from university," he had connections, mhm. "And there are a few opportunities that I thought you may be interested in." See, despite popular opinion James Draper did in fact care about his students. Not in the sense to go advertising it to everyone because he would never admit it out loud. But he cared. This was just one of the few ways he'd show it.

But Merlin forbid he go around singing songs to them like Poncho Paul. No, he'd let the more eccentric Professors take that role. James carefully opened the folded parchment before looking back up at the young Slytherin. "There is an opportunity to shadow or intern at a small, private animal hospital over in London," which would most definitely be right up her alley. "I know the head Doctor well and can help you with recommendations," but only because she was a good student. He'd never offer the same to some of the others. "I would also consider looking at this reserve in Ireland, they have a variety of rescued creatures that you may not have the opportunity to work with while in class," he pointed to the second item on his list as he handed over the parchment.

"I've listed some other places here too, as well as how to contact them. Though I think the first two options will be more relevant to your intended path of study," he nodded. "Most places will require an application and you may need to send in a letter of recommendation as well." Which, he could provide if she wanted. "And while I don't think interviews are needed for all of them, you may want to consider that as well." She was getting all of this, yeah? "I'd recommend choosing one or two first, before applying to too many." He waited for her to take it all in.

Questions? Comments? Concerns? None of the above?

Any concerns about Crups of any other creature she may want to adopt and take into her family could be spoken about at another time. It wasn't as if she was going out right this very second and getting herself another pet. If she went ahead and got every creature she liked or wanted she would be owning her own small zoo really soon.

Her attention was drawn away from the thoughts of more 'babies' as James removed a piece of parchment from his pocket. Opportunities she may be interested in. Interest thoroughly peaked. Sitting up much straighter now Hady folded her hands on her lap, hazel eyes fixed on the mans face as he spoke. Don't keep her waiting now!

An animal hospital? Shadow a doctor there? That could be a really good thing for her getting the chance to really see and learn proper healing techniques. This was something that could really push her forward into the field of Creature healing. Before she could say anything about that one a second option was given to her. This one really got her attention for more then just the typical reasons he gave. Ireland. That in itself meant something to her but she said nothing at all for a few moments letting both possible internships sink in.

Either would be absolutely amazing. But wait. What now? More?

Blinking Hady accepted the parchment that was held out to her scanning over the other places listed. She may have seemed to lose focus on what was being said as she read the names on the parchment but she heard every word. Needed an application. Letter of recommendations. Both she could do. Getting a recommendation from him would surely do the trick.

"Professor would these be for the entire summer break or just a portion of it?" This was highly important. If it was the entire summer then of course she would only be able to do one option but if it was a portion of the summer then she could consider timing and such. The more she knew the better but from the looks of it Hady already had a strong feeling which one or two she would be applying for. "If you were in my place sir which one would you choose?" Just looking for opinions now.
