There was an etiquette to dueling that Chloe, obviously, was unaware of. She just held her wand up and looked around for someonne to help her. Chloe managed a glance in Blaise's direction and called out across to him, "Should YOU start or should I?"
Chloe didn't know what she needed to do next. Hopefully Blaise did. If not, it would be grounds to forfeit which she was a possibility that she was more pleased about then she should have been. This was horrible. She did not have a defense bone in her body.
Before she could wait for his response a huge bang went off in the room. A nearby duel was obviously in the MIDDLE of it. Chloe squealed, pointed her wand at Blaise and shouted startled, "Ventus!"
A HUGE gust of wind blew from her wand. So much that it startled her backward. She stumbled backward and nearly fell.
