Hady knew that at least one if not both of her charms would not be spot on. What surprised her though was Austin's reaction to his feet being stuck to the floor. Seriously, the boy was untying and removing his shoes?! What she wanted to do was laugh, it was funny. However she didn't do that. Oh, no no, instead she simply smirked at him rather pleased with herself.

There was no time to bask in her 'glory' of a well placed charm as the jelly-fingers curse rebounded off of the Ravenclaw's shield charm right back at her. Quickly sidestepping to the right she was just able to avoid being hit.

Being able to avoid her own spell was good but that gave her no time at all to toss up a shield from what came flying her way.

Was that?!

Hady could see the shrapnel flying towards her so she did the only thing that came to mind and called out, "Depulso!" banishing the shards of shrapnel away from herself before she got hit and right back towards where they came from. That could've been a decent injury right there had she not been thinking clearly. With her attention fixed on not getting whacked about with flying bits of shrapnel the snakette totally wasn't ready for the charm that did hit her.

It was instant that she felt it. Her toenails growing so quickly that her shoes were becoming to tight and her feet ached. Ouch. This wasn't good but there wasn't anytime to waste. Think Hady think!

"Densaugeo," she muttered quietly following it closely with another whispered charm. "Levicorpus." She just hoped this time around things went along more smoothly then when she had done this in one of her previous duels.
