Rachel reasoned her work was done correctly when Professor Tanner made no comment as she passed by. It seemed they would be working with partners now. Who did she work well with? She didn't even have to ask herself twice. Her and Haddie maybe polar opposites but they worked so well together. Almost, unconsciously, Rachel turned towards the back of the class to look at her once best friend, hoping that they could be partners again in class. But no. Haddie won't want that. With a sigh, she turned to face the front of the room again.
Besides Haddie, Rachel had a lot of choices. She got along with everyone but the person she got along the next best was Garreth but she thought he may have gotten himself a partner.
