Personality: Bjorn is typically an easy going sort of guy. He likes socializing, but is also fine with being alone. He has a deep love for nature and the outdoors and he has never met a living thing he didn't like in its own way. Although, he has the most affinity for canines. Bjorn will occasionally just pick up a stray and bring it home....be it a crup, a dog, a wolf, or otherwise. Distressed canines are always met with love and assistance.
He tends to treat other beings well, no matter what their species. If something or someone doesn't like him, he is slow to take offense and shrugs slights off easily. Optimistic, but not trusting. He takes to people easily, but rarely lets them close until he has spent a lot of time around them. He is the kind of guy that regardless of age, gender, etc. will lend you sugar, come fix your door, or just take you for a walk and a chat when you are feeling down without expecting anything in return.
He does tend to have a weakness for women though; whether it is romantic, platonic, even general presence he loves the opposite gender. That being said, he is still a Sagittarius and hard to rope into a serious relationship.

History: Bjorn was born in Norway, into the Vaettir family. He is the youngest of three children born to Baldur and Carita Vaettir. His family is old, large, and has a long proud history. The Vaettir family is upper echelon, wealthy, and pure as pureblooded can be other than the tendency to intermingle with Veela. Traditionalists, most of his clan still adhere to arranged marriages and to have prolonged non-platonic relationships outside of marriage is frowned upon. He was raised to be a perfect gentleman, but never really enjoyed the parties and formal world of his elders.
Like 80% of his family, Bjorn attended Durmstrang and had a fairly routine teenage life. Friends, girls, learning.....heart breaks, excitement over grades and sports. Bjorn attended the Northland Wizarding University shortly after graduating Durmstrang. He never found that one girl and has never been truly in love with someone. Despite his families attempts at setting him up, he never really connected with any of the candidates. Having graduated University, and still not liking any of his suitors, he decided that a change of scenery was in order and applied to the British Ministry of Magic.
