~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. SPOILER!!: Haddie! <3 Quote:

She flapped her wings and shifted direction in the air as she rolled into a dive. Plunk.
Haddie landed on the bench next to her friend and hopped closer. Tweet, she chirped encouragingly. Turning back around, Haddie stretched out her wings and looked back at Rachel, waiting for her friend to do the same. Then she sprang into the air and fluttered up to the table, and stood there, looking down at her friend, waiting. Come on, chicken. You can do it. Tweet.
Watching Haddie airborne did seem like fun to Rachel but she was still a little apprehensive of following. She did want to experience what flying with wings was actually like. She could do this, she could do this. It seemed Haddie thought so too for Rachel watched her fellow canary land and hop closer to her, tweeting.
Now, even though they were not in human form, Rachel didn't need to understand bird language to know fully well that Haddie was mocking her. She was pretty sure her best friend was calling her a 'chicken' as the other girl had been known to do so previously. ''I am not a chicken!'' Rachel replied in canary speak and without further ado, spread her feathered wings.
She flapped and flapped until she lifted off. she had done it! "Look, Haddie!'' Obviously this came out a chirp, chirp, tweet tweet or something of the sort. Canary Rachel started to soar over the length of the Ravenclaw table after gaining momentum and getting used to the wings, leaving Haddie behind and thinking that she could race her.
Rachel knew how to have fun too. |
