He grinned up at the professor, bouncing on the tips of his toes and clutching his wand in both hands. "I did it!" He had done advanced magic. "This is so cooooool! It really worked!"

He jumped a bit, to test it. Just like the tennis ball had demonstrated, it wasn't anywhere near as good as the Professor had done... but there was still a change, and that was all that mattered. It was something. A starting point! And it was the first bit of advanced magic that he had succeeded in doing. The small Slytherin beamed, practically glowing with happiness.

"Is there a way to choose how much the gravity changes? Is there something I need to do differently to make it stronger, or does it just go on intent?" He could tooooooootally intend for it to be stronger! He had sooooo many questions, and he wanted answers to them aaaaaall, Professor. "Is there a specific spell to turn it off, too? Does it turn itself off after a certain period of time, or does it stay until someone fixes it? Does it only work in closed rooms, or can you do it outside too?"

Bounce. Bounce. Bounce. EXCITED BOUNCE.

The astronomer grinned. There really wasn't much more that needed said on the subject, was there? Aside from an encouraging round of applause which the man was more than willing to offer. Clockwise, for the record.

"Mostly intent, although the speed at which you rate of rotation plays some influence as well. The slower you move the stronger the effect," he nodded. Meaning that there would appear to be less gravitational influence the slower the rotation, but not always. Intent would always trump the wand movement but together could help yield stronger results. "The spell requires an enclosed space and windows will add an element of difficultly but not impossible. Although I would recommend that you keep all windows shut."

Such curiosity. Airey greatly appreciated it.

"A simple Finite will remove the effects of the spell. Finite Incantatem will work as well."

Had he covered everything? It was hard to keep up with the machine gun like fashion of the Slytherin's question asking.
