Jace turned to his cauldron for the time being, checked out the content of his cauldron, and just in time, saw the solution turn teal. Hmm. It looks like he succeeded! After two minutes was up, Jace scooped half a cup of his potion into a clean vessel, and lined it alongside the cup of water for Elsa to drink. "Here, it should cure you now." he said, smiling at his partner. "Go on." He then turned to get a smaller sample into his vial, labelled it properly, and settled the small bottle down on his workstation.

More information was being revealed to them, and Jace took down more notes on his parchment. So far, he didn't have any questions so he obediently put down his quill, put his notes aside, and came up to the table to choose his elixir. While he did so, he was still wary about the Professor's rat. How can that thing sit on a table, right? Merlin.

Jace snatched a cup, returned to his workstation, and smiled back to his partner. "Well, here I go..." The Ravenclaw slowly raised the cup to his mouth...smelled it, and without second thoughts...drank everything. Little did he know that he was doomed...for the rest of the school year at least.
