Colt was busy looking around when he noticed the little gryffindor asking him to be her partner. He grinned and nodded. "Yeah sure, that sounds good." I mean she was decent at dueling club. This girl knew what she was doing in this school right. He wanted to take the potion so he wouldn't have to do all the work. He sat down with Ava at the table and waited for the Professor to move on. He rolled his eyes and sighed when he stuttered again. Geez what was with this guy in stuttering. You're a teacher you shouldn't be nervous. When he heard the activity was moving on, he was debating what to do.

He told Ava, "I am going to get the elixir." He got up and went to the front of the room. Once he grabbed the little cup, he realized all the side effects the Professor was telling he would experience. He was not really looking forward but his strong suit wasn't really potions. Maybe Ava was? "Hopefully you won't let me suffer for too long.." he commented to her. Then he saw a girl coming towards him. He smiled politely and had to let her down, "Yeah sorry Elsa. I am already partnered with Ava.." he pointed to his partner in crime. Then he saw her partnering with the little ravenclaw dude and he didn't feel so bad. "How good are you at potions?" he asked her.
