It helped that the professor was alright.
He was quiet for all of the lesson so far up until it came time to pick a partner for it. No way he was going to risk loosing his awesome seat near the front, Bast would just let someone come to him.
She really wasn't sure how potions sat with her. Good and bad. Good in that it was hands on work that required mixing things. Bad in that she wanted to mix practically
everything in sight and see what would happen. Sometimes, she had to sit on her hands simply to refrain.
Adding a partner into the mix might help keep her calm, or it might end in devious destruction. So, Amur
tried to find someone that was less likely to get in the later and help with the former. It would have to be someone she didn't know. Someone that she had to mind her manners around and .......
