The room was starting to fill up with people and it was making Madge a bit uncomfortable. There were so many people at this school and she has now successfully talked to one person... and it's mid-term. Good job.
She was intimidated by a lot of the other students, even the ones her age. Because most of them, except the muggle-borns, knew about this world and magic for a long time, but it was hidden from her until the day she received her letter.
