For Lissy/Scarlett Fluttery Pegasi It was snowing. To many this might be a normal-ish thing, but to the southern Californian, this was magical. By the way she was just sitting there, out on the balcony, watching the snow fall, a passing student or Professor might get the impression it was the most magical thing she'd seen here. Silly right?
That's a southern Californian for you. It was snowing!
It was enough excuse for her to get dressed, bundling up in all her winter robes and gears and picking out the thickest, warmest blanket she had and coming down here to brave the cold balcony air. She sat unnaturally still, for her at least, bundled up in the thick blanket. Anyone that knew her and her energy, or even just knew of her, might worry she'd frozen solid. But that was only because if she moved the icy air would get into her blanket cocoon and that wasn't fun at all.
Snow was pretty, though.
