Enough people had given their answers now for Kitty to feel comfortable giving her own answer.

"I think she was an animagus too, Professor,"responded Kitty, agreeing with Katherine and the majority of her fellow students. "It makes sense given what we know about magic. But I don't think it's possible for us to create a spirit or soul. One of the most important laws of magic is that you can't bring people back to life. A soul is what makes a person alive, so if we can't bring someone back - then why would we be able to create one?"
