Azura knew about the Kitsune, or rather the Korean version of it.. The Gumiho!

She raised her hand and spoke. "According to the Korean legends, they had to eat men's livers or hearts in order to stay alive as well, hence why the took the form of a beautiful woman!" She paused a bit before speaking again. "I think they were myths made up by jealous women who had their men stolen from them, and they created this in their head to make them and everyone around them feel a bit better, sort of like the lengends of the Succubi." She honestly didn't think they could exist.

As for her next question, Azura wasn't quite sure about that and she didn't want to offer a rather stupid answer.. so she said.

"Everything has a spirit, without it we wouldn't be who we are.. Our spirit makes us.. us, I think. And You can create something and give it life, but you can't give it a spirit.. I think that is up to.. whatever is out there.. to do that." She bit her lip a little and looked down.
