Personality: Her adventurous attitude and stubborn nature no doubt contributed to her placement in Gryffindor house when at Hogwarts. She finds no better motivation than someone telling her that 'she can't' and to coincide with this, Schuyler is very open and willing to try new things. Having grown up with three siblings and a plethora of other people just outside her doorstep, Schuyler is very accustomed to and comfortable with interacting and socializing with other people; however, a true friend is something she holds in high regard, as she has had her fair share of fair-weather friends in the past. Over time she has finely developed the skill of appearing upbeat and optimistic for others, even when her own heart is very heavy. She has a tendency to feel emotions intensely and often gets frustrated when someone else shows indifference towards a matter that she feels very strongly about. In matters of head versus heart, heart wins almost always.

History: In regards to roots, Schuyler was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York by her two loving parents who are still happily married to this day. She has three siblings, one older and two younger. Growing up, her mother always made sure to have fresh, beautiful bouquets of flowers in their home and a vibrant array planted outside in the garden; and it is here that Schuyler’s love for flowers originated. She became fascinated with the endless types of them and became a sucker for the sheer beauty of them. For the family, money had never been much of an issue, with her father being an international wizarding diplomat and her mother working in design for Witch Weekly. Her father's promotion was the very reason that her family made the big move from New York City to London just before Schuyler's fifth year.

That summer before entering Hogwarts, she met Olivia (Olly) Clarke and felt an immediate connection with her. The two quickly became best friends and ultimately began dating by the start of their sixth year. She had fallen utterly head-over-heels and has remained enamored with the other girl ever since. Throughout school, Schuyler was fortunate enough to meet a variety of people and a fair number of them became her good friends. The biggest reason that she so loved school life at Hogwarts was because, unlike at her previous school, she had genuine, loyal friends who made her time there unforgettable.

Upon graduation, Schuyler went to university in Plymouth for Healer Studies, but quickly changed to a double major in Herbology and Business, where her interests truly lay. By this point, the love between Schuyler and her girlfriend had become so great that while Schuyler reveled in it, Olly was suffocated by it. There was a period of rough times for the couple and, in separate ways, very sad times for each of them respectively.

She worked part-time at Bunting’s Flower Shoppe during the latter part of her university education, and those hours making bouquets and working for the shop turned out to often be some of the highlights of her day. It was therapeutic and just simply enjoyable for her. After attending university for an extra semester (due to her change in major earlier on), she graduated and moved to an apartment in London with her good friend, Nigel Barrington, before starting her job as an Environmental Permitting Officer at the Ministry of Magic. Her relationship has smoothed out again to be healthier for her girlfriend, her job at the ministry is going well thus far, and although she has hopes and dreams for the future that lie very close to her heart, regarding both her personal and professional life, she is content for the time being.
