Esme frowned as Juno explained what they were supposed to do. She'd much rather learn stuff with her wand than do whatever this was. She was a witch, not a wrestler. "I don't want to do this, but I suppose I have no choice." Next lesson better be less hands on, because there was only so much of this hands on thing she could take before it became tedious.
As her sister grabbed her wrist, Esme stepped forward while bringing down her elbow. Quickly she pushed up her arm. Once that was done, she elbowed Juno in the solar plexus for good measure.
Had she even done this right??? OUCH! Yeah....good thing the professor had the torso padding. Her sister could hit hard! She definitely wasn't expecting that. She bent over holding her stomach, holding her index finger up to indicate that she needed a moment.
Once the pain went away, Juno stood up straight. "You hit harder than I thought you could. Good job! You did it exactly right!" She straightened her torso padding. It had twisted a little when Esme hit her.
"Lets try it again!!" Juno grabbed her sister by the wrist and waited for her to maker her move.
