David cleared his throat and stopped in his tracks, lowering his voice respectfully. Had to be respectful of the ghosts. Also, if Sir Nick was Ms. Ravenclaw's friend, then he would be able to cheer her up better than David ever could. He was always saying the wrong thing around her for some reason. And he LIKED being a Ravenclaw, for her information. Sniff.
David's words made Helena halt and slowly turn towards him again. Wiping the tears from her eyes she inclined her head and murmured softly. "Apology accepted David." Fiddling with the hem of her dress she asked a hint of curiosity in her voice. "Why do you fear that someone will come one day and say that you were sorted into the wrong house and that you have no place in Ravenclaw?" David was in her opinion one of few eagles currently attending the school that actually embodied what her mother had cherished in Ravenclaw students. The majority of students at Hogwarts had a traits from more than one house.

It was a very fortunate thing that ghosts were incapable of blushing.
As David retreated to a corner Helena rested her grey eyes on Sir Nicholas as he floated closer to her and asked her to join him on a glide around the seventh floor corridor the following day. Curtsying elegantly Helena said softly. "Sir Nicholas," pausing just a moment to pull out her fan to not sound too eager she said politely. "Yes, I would like to accompany you on a glide through the seventh floor corridor tomorrow afternoon. Have you found a new passage somewhere?"

Helena wanted to ask Sir Nicholas things. But now was not the right time.
