Actually, she was nervous about asking any teacher if they knew anything about it, but she was willing to put aside her shyness to find out the answer to the mystery. Right now she didn't feel so nervous around Professor Kitridge, and she briefly considered asking him if he knew where she might start researching.

But then the cleaning was over and he was dismissing them. Oh well. "Good bye Professor Kitridge!" And she turned and followed Haddie out of the library.
