The Friar had made his rounds of the castle. There had been some weird things happening, but he couldn't quite place it. He decided he check up on the Hufflepuffs and floated serenely into the common room.

He had fully intended on greeting the students with a big grin and a cheerful HELLO but the first year on the floor seemed more than just a little upset.

The Friar stopped near him.

"Oh no...we can't leave you here to die...you have so much left to live for!"

Students were so dramatic, but the Friar thought they had right to be. Life was hard at this age. "What's wrong, then, Brady?" Had he gotten the name correct? He hoped he had the name correct. "Anything I can help with?"
