And yet she was excited about charms and flying on a deep level. To top that, she was instantly indignant when Tiara mentioned they had stopped teaching flying - due to a threat, no less. It would likely fall to the Board of Governors to decide that, and trying to predict their actions was like trying to keep a niffler away from a pile of galleons - impossible.
